Wisan® 44

Wisan® 44 is a combination of rapeseed meal and urea, processed according to a special company technology of HL Hamburger Leistungsfutter, which has been applied in Germany since 2001. Thanks to the higher content of crude protein (SP=44%), Wisan® 44 comes close to soybean meal without containing genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

What are the advantages of Wisan® 44 for EP?

• Better price ratio compared to soybean meal;

• High content of protein digestible in the intestines, which eases the work of the rumen/rumen;

• No strain on the liver;

• Low urea content in milk;

• Adds protein to high-energy rations dominated by grain feeds

Special processing method helps remove non-nutritive bitters constituents in canola meal, such as
glucosinolates. For this reason Wisan® 44 has excellent taste qualities, absolutely suitable for the needs of highly productive animals.

Feeding recommendation: as a component of the TMR daily ration

• 3 kg maximum amount of Wisan® 44 per cow per day.

• Wisan® 44 is included only in the ration of animals with developed prestomachs. Do not give to calves under 6m. age.

• Accustoming the animals to Wisan® 44 in the ration should be done gradually with 1 kg day/cow.
