Addiferm N
Nitrogen source - a combination of protected urea and dextrose
Ruminants are able to convert the ammonia contained in urea into complete microbial protein thanks to the infusoria (bacteria) contained in their rumen.
Addiferm® N is a combination of protected feed urea and dextrose. Through a unique company technology and an innovative protection process, urea is released slowly and continuously in the rumen and with the help of the microorganisms found there, it is converted into a complete protein. At the same time, the combination with dextrose provides the necessary energy to the bacteria responsible for the fermentation of raw fibers. In this way, the bacteria in the rumen are supported, and they, in turn, have a positive effect on the digestibility of the ration and prevent protein deficiency in the rumen.
The finished granules have a special fat coating that prevents sticking and lump formation and facilitates mixing. Addiferm® N is a safe source of nitrogen for the bacteria in the rumen and has been specially developed for high productivity dairy cows.
Benefits:
Improved feed-to-concentrate ratio
Increased milk yield
Increased dry matter intake substance
Better tolerability and usability of urea
Optimal growth of bacteria in the rumen
Improvement of ration digestibility
Improvement of synchronization in the rumen
Positive effect on health status and productivity
Contents:
Forage urea, protected crude fat, dextrose.
Feeding recommendations:
Addiferm® N is used in energy rations. For example, in rations rich in corn silage, Addiferm® N is suitable as a nitrogen supplement, which ensures a nitrogen balance in the rumen.
NPN – non-protein nitrogen; RNB – rumen nitrogen balance; NEL - net energy for lactation
