How is Wisan® - Raps produced?

Rape meal is subjected to a special heat treatment process leading to a change in the spatial quaternary structure of the protein. The biological activity of the protein fraction also changes, which in turn increases the quality and composition of amino acids.

What are the advantages of Wisan® - Raps for piglets?

• Better price ratio compared to soybean meal;

• Source of necessary and vital amino acids that partially or completely replace other protein sources;

• Supplies animals, according to their vital requirements, with the necessary levels of crude protein and high quality amino acids with proportionally high levels of methionine and cystine for better growth and meat quality;

• Additional source of sanitized crude fiber - for calmer piglets and improved intestinal health status - elongation of intestinal villi, reduction of diarrhea cases, better consistency of feces;

• Ideal component for feeding fast-growing and meat-producing breeds with high feed intake. The special processing method helps remove the non-nutritive bitter ingredients in canola meal, such as glucosinolates. For this reason Wisan® - Raps is an extremely tasty, hygienic feed component absolutely suitable for the needs of pig farming.

Instructions for use:

• Phase I (weight 8-18kg; 4-8 weeks): 3-5% Wisan® - Raps

• Phase II (weight 18-30kg; 8-11 weeks): 5–8% Wisan® - Raps
